Our team at 405 W. Redwood Apartments takes pride in preparing your apartment home for move-in. We follow a meticulous 14-point checklist that includes comprehensive inspections, fresh paint, and professional cleaning to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transition into your new home.

At 405 W. Redwood Apartments, there’s no need for you to be present while a service technician works in your apartment. We do ask that all pets are safely secured so the work can be completed efficiently and without disruptions.

Residents of 405 W. Redwood Apartments benefit from on-site maintenance support and 24/7 emergency on-call services, providing you with peace of mind and quick resolutions for any issues that arise.

Should you need a repair in your apartment, you can submit a request quickly and easily through the resident portal, use the resident app, or contact our leasing office directly for assistance.

If you find yourself locked out after hours at 405 W. Redwood Apartments, please call our leasing office and select the emergency maintenance option. Keep in mind that a service fee applies for after-hours lockouts. During regular office hours, you can visit or call the office for assistance. In either case, a valid photo ID is required.

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community at 405 W. Redwood Apartments, welcoming both dogs and cats. Current veterinary records are required for all pets, and dogs must also have a completed temperament form that can be verified by a licensed veterinarian. Please note that breed and weight restrictions apply.

Every apartment home at 405 W. Redwood Apartments comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, and a washer and dryer.

We partner with a third-party company for applicant screening. While results are typically available within 24 hours, please note that the process may occasionally take up to three (3) days.

At 405 W. Redwood Apartments, paying rent is simple and flexible. You can make payments online through the resident portal using debit, credit, or ACH. Alternatively, you can send your payment by mail if preferred.

At 405 W. Redwood Apartments, renters insurance is required for all leaseholders, with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000.

There are several options for internet and cable providers. You can choose the provider that works best for you. Please inquire about satelite dishes prior to initiaiting service.

We require 30 calendar days' notice for early lease termination and a fee equivalent to two months of rent.

At 405 W. Redwood Apartments, your gas and electric are included at no additional cost. For other utilities, setting them up with local providers is quick and convenient using their online platforms.

Location

405 W. Redwood Apartments offers excellent access to public transportation. Several bus lines, including 51, 73, 80, 94, and CITYLINK NAVY, provide convenient service near our community. Additionally, we are within walking distance of the Lexington Market subway station, making it easy to navigate the city.

Please note that tours are by appointment only, as our main office is located at Symphony Center Apartments, 1020 Park Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201. For your convenience, we are open Monday through Saturday.

We work with a trusted third-party screening provider during the application process. This process evaluates factors such as credit, debt-to-income ratio, rental history, and check-writing history, along with a thorough criminal and civil background check.

If you’re a first-time renter, our team is here to guide you through the process and answer any questions to help you find the perfect apartment home.

If you are interested in a furnished apartment at405 W. Redwood Apartments , please let a member of our team know and we will connect you with a furniture rental partner, CORT Furniture. Our apartment homes are unfurnished, however, we work with partners who can ensure your furniture arrives by move in day.

Our office is open 7 days a week to offer apartment tours at no costs and to serve residents. We are closed on most major holidays.

Appointments, although not required, are highly recommended to ensure that we set aside time to answer questions and ensure all your needs are met during your visit.

We offer a resident referral program at 405 W. Redwood Apartments, and pay $250 to any resident who refers a new move in to our community. The resident is paid after the new resident moves in and the residents' rent is current.

Lease term options vary throughout the year and typically range from 10-14 month lease terms. Residents can always choose the option to renew at the end of a lease term. Rent can be paid up to 3 months in advance.

Our renters insurance policy requires $300,000 in coverage for liability and $5,000 of medical coverage.

We are in the leasing office 7 days a week for our residents and are also available via phone and email as well as our resident app.

Our mid-rise apartment building at 405 W. Redwood Apartments, provides a comfortable living environment. While some noise from neighbors is possible with apartment living, our team is always available to address any concerns you may have regarding noise levels.

We offer two free garages as options for parking onsite. Parking is free for residents and their guests 24/7.

All of our apartment homes at 405 W. Redwood Apartments, offer full -size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Our community, 405 W. Redwood Apartments, is conveniently located within walking distance of charming boutique shops, popular retailers, a variety of restaurants and bars, a library, and a hotel.

We residents to enjoy their apartments and they are more than welcome to decorate the home so long as the apartment is returned to its original condition as it was on the day of move in.

In the case of a maintenance issue at 405 W. Redwood Apartments, residents can contact our leasing office to request service or they can also enter service request online. Our residents can also use the Rent Café Resident mobile app to enter a service request.

405 W. Redwood Apartments prohibits subletting and does not allow residents to list apartments on Airbnb.

We are a pet friendly community at 405 W. Redwood Apartments and require a refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent for furry family members.

In the event that rent is not paid, all leaseholders and Guarantors are financially and legally responsible.

Residents are responsible for monthly rent and utilities at our community.

Future residents are required to pay the security deposit at the time of lease signing while prorated rent. If the new resident's move in date is after the 25th of any month, the resident must also pay the full amount of the first month's rent in advance prior to receiving keys to the apartment home.

For Current Residents

When a resident chooses to break the lease, the resident is required to give one month calendar notice and must pay a fee equivalent to two months rent. If the resident received any rental discounts, the discounted amount must paid in addition to the two months rent at the time of signing the Early Termination Agreement. The payment must be presented in certified funds.

Residents can pay rent online using payment methods such as check, debit card, or credit card. There are fees associated with credit card and debit card payments. Rent can only be paid online from the 1st of the month through the 10th of the month. The online portal is closed from the 11th through month end.

If a resident transfers from one apartment to another, a security deposit will need to be paid for the new unit. The previous security will be returned, less any damages after the move out inspection has been completed for the original apartment.

Residents can assign their apartment to a new leaseholder if they choose to vacate prior to the lease term ending. The new leaseholder must complete the applicant screening process and the security deposit will remain with the unit. Residents are not permitted to sublet their apartment.
